We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow our business and increase brand awareness. This role will heavily leverage social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive engagement and achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive business growth.

•Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

•Manage and optimize our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.

•Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

•Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

职位要求：

•Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.

•Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
