1. 负责公司平台全过程运营管理工作：负责品种上线及日常监控与维护，包括公告发布、参数整理、参数配置、系统监控、维护调整、功能下线、系统功能沟通等；

2. 中台运营包括充当业务配置中心的主要联络点，以解决与配置参数处理、查询和系统相关的运营问题。 确保按照既定流程及时、准确地处理所有上线品种相关的问题；

3. 协助对接平台及公司外包服务，包括市场调研、竞品分析、开户、维护数据与资料等合规管理工作；

4. 跨职能（产品、研发、财务、法务、合规、交易团队）协作，解决运营问题、响应紧急需求并确定解决方案；

5. 梳理和优化业务流程，制作、整理及归档产品相关文件、合同档案等工作；

6. 协助团队做好业务中台运营管理工作，上线品种生命周期内其他与运营管理相关的工作。

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the whole process operation and management of the company's platform: responsible for product launch and daily monitoring and maintenance, including announcement release, parameter arrangement, parameter configuration, system monitoring, maintenance adjustment, function offline, system function communication, etc.;

2. Middle office operations include serving as the primary point of contact for the business configuration center to resolve operational issues related to configuration parameter processing, querying, and systems. Ensure that all issues related to online varieties are handled promptly and accurately in accordance with established procedures;

3. Assist in docking platforms and company outsourcing services, including market research, competitive product analysis, account opening, data and information maintenance and other compliance management work;

4. Collaborate across functions (product, R&D, finance, legal, compliance, trading teams) to solve operational problems, respond to urgent needs and identify solutions;

5. Sort out and optimize business processes, produce, organize and archive product-related documents, contract files, etc.;

6. Assist the team in the mid-office operation and management of the business, and other work related to operation and management during the life cycle of the listing products.

职位要求

1. 统招本科或以上学历，二年以上相关运营或项目管理工作经验，优秀者可以放宽条件；

2. 学习能力强、善于沟通、擅长流程推进类工作，能够适应多任务、快节奏、高压力下的工作状态；

3. 久经考验的分析能力、解决问题的能力、控制心态以及对细节的一丝不苟；

4. 英文能力良好，能与公司与外部各利益相关方良好沟通；

5. 具有良好的职业操守与保密意识，了解区块链行业优先。

Qualifications

1. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above and more than two years of relevant operation or project management experience. The conditions may be relaxed for outstanding candidates;

2. Strong learning ability, good at communication, good at process promotion work, and able to adapt to multi-tasking, fast-paced, and high-pressure working conditions;

3. Proven analytical skills, problem-solving skills, controlled mentality and meticulous attention to details;

4. Good English skills, able to communicate well with the internal and external stakeholders;

5. Have good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, and understand the blockchain industry is preferred.
