职位描述：

1，制作Web3相关的教育和宣传视频，包括项目介绍、教程、访谈等；

2，负责视频的策划、拍摄、剪辑和后期制作；

3，设计和制作各类宣发物料，如海报、传单、社交媒体图像等；

4，负责管理公司品牌VI、SI体系及设计更新，编辑和制作新媒体内容（设计、剪辑、排版等）；

5，配合运营和市场完成公司线上线下的宣发视觉设计（活动营销海报、市场宣传物料、H5、视频动效等）

6，协助上级领导完成品牌宣传策划及落地相关工作，如专项传播规划、视频营销等；

7，管理品牌设计元素，负责品牌资料的美化排版，协助策划品牌宣传物料并配合实施对应的设计工作落地；

职位要求：

1，具备Web3经验，本科及以上学历，平面设计、视觉艺术、动画制作、等相关专业优先；

2，至少1年以上品牌设计相关工作经验，熟悉品牌传播、市场营销工作内容，了解相关设计常识；

3，有一定媒体平台内容运营经验，熟练掌握新媒体编辑工具；

4，具备良好的审美和功底，能够根据公司策划思路和营销概念独立完成个案，充分理解创意意图并准确体现于创意设计中；

5，熟练使用PS、AI、AE等设计软件，有AE动画设计、视频编辑经验者优先。

6，良好的逻辑思维，对创意概念的领悟性强，具备较强的学习能力及沟通协调能力。
