Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior EVM Smart Contract Developer to lead the development and deployment of complex smart contracts on EVM chains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and launching ERC20 tokens, building airdrop systems, and creating comprehensive auditing dashboards to monitor and track these systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions on the EVM that align with our startup’s vision and user needs.
- Create and launch ERC20 tokens, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Design and build effective and fair yield, points and airdrop systems.
- Work autonomously and take initiative in identifying and tackling complex problems, leading the development process from inception to deployment.
- Build and maintain auditing dashboards to monitor and track the performance and security of deployed contracts and systems.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving software excellence and the integration of new technologies and methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, contributing to the collective growth and success of our startup.
- Respond to and triage support issues that arise.
- Actively participate in agile development practices, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
