职位描述：
1.与客服、商务、运营、审核部门对接，对用户提供的交易订单异议进行查证和解释;
2.与监控对接，对监控掌握的风险用户、风险订单进行分析，并给出处置建议;
3.巡检持仓单，主动掌握平台持仓概况，并对持仓构成进行分析总结，给出每日分析报告;
4.对历史交易进行总结，主要分析：用户交易手法、用户交易过程、用户盈亏、可能存在的风险点，输出分析报告，并给出观察或处置建议;
5.维护关注用户名单，持续对重点关注用户的交易和行为进行追踪报告，输出每日追踪报告表;
6.对交易产品的参数、品种参数风险进行关注，并给出合理建议值。
职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，金融、经济等经管类专业优先;
2.有从事过股票、外汇、期货、数字货币行业3年以上，工作岗位为风控、交易、做市等优先;
3.交易金融经验丰富，对各类常规交易手法、交易机制、交易产品熟悉，能自主分析交易心理和交易过程，可复原用户交易行为，对交易机制和交易产品有一定金融底层的认知见解;
4.熟悉交易金融风险，熟悉各类风险类型和处置方式，对风控有较高的理论基础，对风险敏感且能及时处理;
5.有较强的数理统计、分析能力，对交易类指标熟悉，能从各种场景中获取数据并分析总结;
6.热爱钻研，有较强的探知精神，能独立发现和总结规律，适应工作中遇到的新的挑战;
7.加分项：有一定代码（sql、python）能力，能熟练使用PBI。
