1.提升平台用户转化率，包括注册到使用，及留存流失管理；
2.支持产品迭代，为提升用户转化提供产品优化建议，并推动实现；
3.用户活动策划、上线、运营和持续优化；

1. Improve the platform user conversion rate, including registration to use, and retention and loss management;
2. Support product iteration, provide product optimization suggestions for improving user conversion, and promote implementation;
3. User activity planning, launch, operation and continuous optimization;
职位要求：
1.熟悉法语，听说读写佳；中文良好；
2.对法语市场的基本用户画像有一定认知
3.具备用户增长经验，游戏、互联网行业优先
4.有带过BD或者地推团队的优先
5.短期内主要在国内，可远程办公，长期不排除出差到市场当地
1. Familiar with French, good listening, speaking, reading and writing; good Mandarin；
2. Have a certain understanding of the basic user portrait of the French market
3. Have user growth experience, game and Internet industries are preferred
4. Have led BD or ground promotion teams are preferred
5. Mainly in China in the short term, can work remotely, and do not rule out business trips to the local market in the long term
