职位描述：
1. 负责交易所合约类产品的需求分析和产品设计工作，并根据客户需求和数据
分析不断优化迭代；
2. 从业务角度审视公司产品，整合公司资源提高业务数据；
3. 带领产品团队通过用研、竞调等方式，优化产品的交互设计、视觉体验并提
升最终用户体验;
4. 制定部门OKR 并督导部门员工按计划实施工作；
5. 管理产品团队，持续提升团队的专业能力，推动团队的自驱力；
6. 关注行业动态，提高团队产品创新力，并以结果为导向推动；
职位要求：
1. 计算机科学、工程、商业管理或相关领域的学士学位，硕士学位者优先；
2. 在加密货币或金融科技行业担任产品管理职位至少3年经验；
3. 熟悉中心化交易所和合约交易机制，了解虚拟货币市场；
4. 出色的沟通和领导能力，能够有效地与跨职能团队合作；
5. 卓越的分析和解决问题的能力，能够基于需求和数据做出明智的决策；
6. 具备创新精神和团队合作精神，能够在快节奏的环境中工作；
7. 优秀的英语沟通能力，书面和口头表达流畅。
