职位描述：
工作要求：
1.负责社区用户增长相关工作，具备渠道获客经验者优先，通过不同运营工具，各类渠道运营手段，提高拉新社区用户量，现社区用户粉丝增长。
2.对用户运营有基本理解，通过分析用户的生命周期及行为，能识别优质潜力用户，并加以运营，提高社区用户活跃度和留存率。
3.跟踪行业竞品渠道动态，分析行业趋势和玩法，对市场上常见的增长玩法、变现等较为熟悉，主动探索新的增长机会和模式。
4.良好的策略性和结构化思维能力，策划并执行线上的拉新活动。

任职要求:：
1.拥有互联网金融用户增长运营工作经验，或区块链行业增长运营经验优先。
2.具备较强的执行能力，较强的推动力和实时跟进能力。
3.熟悉互联网内容生产及社群运营的增长策略，对知乎、小红书、快手、视频号、youtube等有丰富的运营经验。
