2.监控和管理上币申请的全流程，识别潜在问题，并实施解决方案，确保及时成功的上币。
3.与跨部门团队协调，确保交易体验的无缝性，并在上币后提供持续支持。
4.分析市场趋势和用户反馈，为资产产品规划和推广策略提供建议。
5.确保在整个上币流程中遵守法规要求和内部政策。
职位要求：
1.1年及以上的交易所上币经验，有上币运营和管理完整上币流程的经验者优先。
2.在区块链和数字资产市场拥有丰富的经验，深入了解技术方面和交易机制。
3.良好的沟通和人际交往能力，能够建立并保持与外部合作伙伴和内部相关者的关系。
