合约BD
1.结合公司战略，参与公司代理/合作伙伴政策的制定，全面推广公司产品；
2.搭建代理商合作管控体系，负责代理商的招募、运营管理、激励淘汰等；
3.对代理商提供业务指导培训，协同代理商完成渠道业绩任务；
4.配合公司对代理的管理制度，落实各项代理管理工作；
职位要求：
1.一年以上交易所行业工作经验，熟悉各交易所的产品；
2.交易所商务优先；有业内代理资源优先；
3.熟悉虚拟货币群体和社群，沟通能力强，能接待并处理用户和代理遇到的日常问题；
